1- Do TURPAK’s Automation Systems comply with EPDK (Turkish Regulatory Board for Energy Market) conditions?
EPDK’s announced Board Decisions are only giving general information on the systems. Apart from complying to the conditions mentioned in the Decisions announcement, TURPAK’s systems comply with many more conditions and regulations.
2- Do TURPAK solutions present a complete solution for a station?
TURPAK systems, software solutions and services are all designed to deliver total control and service to a station. All systems are modularly designed and delivered so as to enable the users to individually purchase basic solutions and add other solutions in the future. Add-on systems or existing systems do not require any revisions.
3- Do TURPAK systems work with all brands and models of dispensers?
TURPAK automation systems are integrated into known dispenser brands and models in Turkey and the world. For less-preferred brands and their integration the support is given by our own R&D teams.
4- Is there any control mechanism in TURPAK systems?
TURPAK systems have a self control mechanism based on reconciliation of comparing shift sales with shift counter readings automatically.
5- Are TURPAK solutions integrated on-line real time?
TURPAK solutions are based on minimum manual input and output. Therefore TURPAK solutions are integrated on-line real time between themselves.
6- In which countries are TURPAK systems present?
TURPAK’s organization is located in 40 countries in the world. TURPAK’s area of responsibility is Turkey, Arabic Countries, Turkic Countries and a part of Near Asia. Outside of Turkey, TURPAK systems are used in Cyprus Turkish Republic, Pakistan, Lebanon, Oman, Jordan and Sudan.
7- Do TURPAK products undergo any test before reaching end-user?
TURPAK automation systems’ components undergo heavy laboratory tests individually and as a group. After the laboratory tests, the systems are placed in stations and undergo Beta-tests. After successful results, the systems are declared as finalized and can undergo production.
8- How does TURPAK call center operate?
TURPAK call center works on 7/24 basis and will support existing 2,400 stations either directly through telephone or will dispatch servicing teams whenever needed. The call center is designed with the concept of making maximum use of technology therefore all the processes and workflow are trafficked electronically and can be monitored online. All the servicing operation is managed either through our regional offices or our certified regional service contractors resulting in large service network infrastructure.
9- Do TURPAK products have international certificates and/or approvals?
Since TURPAK products belong to an international family of products that are used globally, they are certified by international approval and certification institutions. These certificates are given for systems designed for hazardous environments such as Fuel Forecourts, and guarantee all types of security, work safety and functional properties.
10- Which communication infrastructure types are compliant with TURPAK products?
TURPAK products are compliant to all known communication types.
11- Which vehicles can TURPAK systems be applied on?
TURPAK vehicle identification system can be applied on all types of vehicles and fixed/mobile working machines that consume fuel, such as road vehicles, motorcycles, rail system vehicles, maritime and aviation vessels, generators, excavators, etc.
