TURPAK not only sells systems to its customers but also manages all projects that come up as a requirement throughout the commissioning and deployment of these systems. Insofar as the automation systems installed at stations are not evaluated under the framework of a project, they can not go beyond being some luxury equipment. Installation of automation systems at stations, their processing and evaluating data at a home base station or head office, training and instruction of station and oil company officials, conceptualization of user and promotional brochures, preparation of agreements to be signed with stations, fleets and banks and designing of media launches and handouts, among other activity stages, are presented in an all-in-one package by Turpak, with their progress duly monitored by Turpak. Individual efforts concentrated around performing any of the foregoing activities alone would be highly time consuming, while Turpak is more than capable of transferring all its accumulations as part of this service to its customers in a highly efficient way, all thanks to its long and profound experience in the area.
Turpak further assumes
full and ultimate responsibility for proposing new projects to its client base
and realizing those, preferred by the same. These projects can take the form of
campaigns, notices, payment terms, scoring practices and similar other
mechanisms. Before a project can be started for the first time, all related
companies are invited to project meetings, the outputs of which are collected
and compiled in a project document, which covers all procedures that will be
performed over the system. All details related to the project document are
shared with customers, to give it its final shape. Then comes the inclusion of
the project in the systems, which triggers the testing phase. Following
approval of test results, the project is spread out among stations and
introduced for implementation.
Project production and
management poses vital importance to oil companies. Since projects are among
the parameters which contribute to companies' distinguishing from rivals in a
competitive market setting. At this end, good project management, implementation
and system integration practices are directly associated with the overall
success of the project. Turpak has always received praises from customers and
became an inevitable solution partners in the eyes of the latter, whenever new
projects are to be created.
