HOW IS YOUR TANK DOING?

 

Operating in over 5000 stations across Turkey, TankOmat manages your tank reserves in accordance with EMRA regulations. Thanks to the system software which integrates with all brands of the sensor probes, tank reserves, tank fuel-water volumes, inventories, alarms, fills and leak tests are managed whether locally from the station or through remote acess, with reports generated at the end of each operation. Thanks to the automatic calibration performed as integrated to PumpOmat, stock deviations no longer remain as a problem and tank-pump operating shifts are reconciled. Main Window
Instantaneous data belonging to all tanks at the station is displayed on a user-friendly main window in real time. Such data as fuel level and volume, percentage height and fullness, water level and volume, tank temperature, void volume, name of tank, fuel type, name of product and etc. are collectively displayed on the main window.
Filling Track Data
The filling operations are recorded electronically both for the actual temperature and for temperate compensation by 15 ° C. The system informs the user with all the details of filling. Filling data are stored in the database, which can be displayed for checking purposes, when required.
Shift Closing and Reconciliation
Tank work shifts are closed in parallel to pump shift in a shift change procedure. In this way, quantities of fuel released from tanks working in the same shift are compared to those released by pumps. Pump-tank reconciliation reports are created.
Alarms
All alarms (high / low temperature, or fuel, high water level, all dangerous situations, etc.) are detected by the system and transmitted to the user. Related data is stored on the system electronically for retrospective reviews and reporting.
Leak Tests
Leaks that may occur are detected and notified to the user by the system. Determination of the leaks may take the form of checks following a full pump operation stop by the user or automatic measurement during idle times by the system. 
Auto-Calibration
With auto calibration feature, the volume-height functions of the tanks in the system are controlled and corrected online. New volume-height curves are generated. Thus, amounts of fuel stored in tanks are measured with more accuracy and precision. 
Remote Liquid Reserve Management
The management of alarms, fillings, leak situations, the calibration of the tanks, and other functions to be recalibrated, if necessary, is performed by the CentrOtank center specifically established by TURPAK, for the purpose. Expert staff will check your liquid tanks and check you the details, on your behalf.
Multi Layered Easy Reporting
All such details as tank actions, alarms, filling, leakage, etc. are reported in such a way they can be filtered by details. Reports can be in both default layouts or in any other special layouts as defined by the users.
